The Zambia Institute of estate agents is the official body that represents estate agents. According to the estate agency Act, it is an offence to practice estate agency in Zambia without registering with ZIEA. All estate agents are supposed to be registered, trained and regulated by the Zambia Institute of Estate Agents. The Act provides for a fine or imprisonment. The Zambia institute of estate agents secretariat is located along Chipovu road, off Addis Ababa Drive in Lusaka
The Zambia Institute of Estate Agents has a list of all Real Estate Agents In Lusaka, Kitwe, Livingstone and the rest of the towns.
