The Chainama College of Health Sciences is one of the largest training institutions for health workers in Zambia, after the University of Zambia (UNZA). It is located along the Great East Road, approximately 10 Kilometres from the Lusaka city centre
It is a public institution under the Ministry of Health (MoH) which provides training to various categories of health workers. Some of the categories include: Basic Sciences, Clinical Medicine, Counseling Studies, Biomedical Sciences, Environmental Health, Nursing Studies and many more.
The College operates as a division of the Chainama Hills College Hospital (CHCH). The college programmes are affiliated to the University of Zambia (UNZA)
