National in Service Teachers College NISTCOL is an In-service teachers' training college and is an affiliate of the University of Zambia. Currently, NISTCOL is among the public Colleges with the highest number of Teachers College Programs.
The college has highly qualified and competent lecturers and graduates exhibit a high degree of competency in planning and classroom practice. The college prepares teachers to fully handle effectively and proficiently both basic and high school classes.
